This project involved a comprehensive renovation of a waterfront family home on the Clovelly coast, led by Hatch after becoming successful in a competitive tender and awarded the project.   

The construction, which took 12 months, aimed to refresh the home to suit the owners' lifestyle. The works completed included an entire gut of the existing building, leaving only three walls, with the addition of a new studio above the garage.   

Key features include exposed timber rafters which provide added character, ample natural light that floods the central staircase, a custom-made louver system at the front, and the impressive installation of a large stone piece benchtop in the kitchen.
